I'm sure his paramedic/firefighter father isn't too happy about this. Yikes.
In any case I'm just going to check the box ( not filling out or claiming anything) insurance company has already dealt with this and I've been driving the new car this past week.
Not sure what I would accomplish but coming after this kid and his family. He's already up a creek without a paddle.
