I'm currently reviewing records for a new patient from the VA. I'm on page 1162 and I still have probably 1000 more
pages to go, and I still haven't found what I'm looking for.
Medical records in the 21st century SUCK!

Well, in this case, every single visit has 30 pages, 20 of which are poorly formated tables of medications.

The VA electronic medical records are archaic, based on 1990s computer
