Remove his Washington years and Jordan is at 10.2 BPM. Regardless, Jokic has
been incredible the last few seasons (and has pretty much played at an all-star level his entire career).
Also, while Jordan ended up with 6 rings, he didn't win his first one until his 7th season when he was 27 years old. Jokic is 27 this season so I would look past the lack of championships at THIS point, but he better start bringing home some hardware in the next few years if he wants to be in that GOAT discussion.
