It was this way when I worked at Domo. People would grab dinner on the way out
the door at 5:00 pm. They started delaying the dinner delivery until like 5:30 - 6:00 pm to combat it.
And yes, on more than one occassion I took absurd amounts of food home that would have gone to waste otherwise. Like 10 pizzas from California Pizza Kitchen, for instance.
