Not the OP but just reminded me of it. My company sells B2B payment products, and has 4 different sales teams. One does
Enterprise sales, and most of the folks on it (about 15) make $200K-$400K in a year.

At the end of 2021, one of them made a big sale to a medical franchising company for their franchisees to use. They rolled out over 2021q4 and 2022q1. The sales commission is based on year 1 usage. In 2022 this sales person made just under $3MM in commissions. This should put this person as one of the top 5 or 7 highest paid people at the company for 2022.

So in case we are looking to baseline, I would call that large, myself.
