Except the Jazz have been signaling since this summer they intend to re-sign him
Turning down the 17M was a formality, it was the most the Jazz could offer now.
He’s been seen as unavailable in every league sourced trade rumor I’ve seen. It makes logical sense to move him now, but the front office clearly values him as a member of the locker room, organization and community and I would be surprised if he’s moved.
Now, a team may drop a huge offer for him, but from everything I’ve seen, he’ll just be coming back at 21-22M next year.

Publicly sure they have. Doesn't mean they will though. They already offered him an extension which he turned down.
