At least in Utah, the bar is authorized to bring civil actions / TROs / PIs
to get individuals and entities to stop.
From there, they can (and sometimes do) refer it to County attorneys for criminal prosecution, but that's really only where the unauthorized practice included fraud or embezzlement, etc.

Man, unwarranted assumption of the company's liability. I have to think D&O insurance would refuse to cover a claim.
