Meanwhile, the Provo River Watershed snowpack has dropped by over 20% since its high about two weeks ago.
Sure, 200+% of normal is really more than we want. But when significant storms fail to materialize, the snowpack drops by about 2% a day.

And I would bet that the water content is much higher than normal because a lot of that snow wasn't dry Utah powder.
