It's easy to look and feel youthful as you age, barring health issues. Hire a personal trainer if you want, but work out. Hire a personal chef if you want, but eat right. Throw in a massage therapist, get expensive haircuts, even a personal shopper since your style probably sucks. But, plastic surgery always always looks terrible.

The cool thing is, you can do all of this without the money. Well, maybe not the style part.
