One player I’d add among those 2 (if just considering football) is Barry Sanders

I don’t think I’ve ever seen a player be able to be at full speed, stop abruptly, change directions, and instantly be at full speed again like him. And he was able to do so repeatedly in one play. It was almost like watching him manipulate space and time.
