If between Utah Tech, SUU, and UVU they can each split each other, then BYU would tie USU for first in the in-state standings. Now that SUU has one in-state win, every in-state D1 team has an in-state win except the U of U. So the U of U is guaranteed last of the seven teams at 0-1.
