doctors didn't know what to make of it, imaging was all negative. Currently seems most likely related to some type of muscle disease I have which makes my muscles very susceptible to extreme spasm, tightening, knotting, etc. I have a previous spinal fusion from broken vertebrae and the recent back pain was worse than the broken vertebrae. The only thing I've experienced that comes close to this level of pain was having a pilonidal cyst drained. It's been brutal, but finally getting some relief.
