dependent upon all P10 schools signing a GOR. There are at least 4 schools not willing to do that, namely UO and UDub who desperately want in the B1G, and the two Arizona schools who would then not want to be saddled with staying in a worthless PAC.

With no GOR the money likely drops to well below the B12 number and now the Arizona schools probably find jumping to the B12 a lot more enticing.


I don't know that such a path is set in stone yet, but the longer there's no deal the stronger the odds of schools jumping the PAC become.
