TH will push for Utah. It's a rivalry game that gets decent TV ratings and great
attendance. Utah is the defending PAC 12 champ with back-to-back Rose Bowls. Their stock is about as high as it can be on the Big 12 radar.
I still think they are behind Washington, Oregon, Stanford, Arizona schools, Colorado, and may be Cal on the Big 12's board. The Big 12 is interested in the bigger western markets, especially with BYU already planting the Big 12 stake in SLC.
