No way, it's time to branch out. BYU doesn't need those schools.
Those rivalry games work because they only play 8 conference games so that basically replaces a 9th conference game. BYU limiting themselves to Utah every year and then USU and BSU most years wouldn't leave any openings in the schedule.

You take away BYU hate and Utah loses half their fan base. Never play them again and they die a slow death.
