We just stopped because the poor kid started having some kind of psychosis—hearing voices or having pretend conversations that he was perceiving as real. Led to suicide ideation.
Those meds can be a blessing, obviously, but I agree with you, it’s unfortunately managed by trial and error.
We stopped Prozac on my son and are back to the drawing table.
