A while back, we were at a family reunion on the Oregon coast.
While driving up to visit somewhere an hour or so north of us, we decided to go with my in-laws in their van instead of our own car. My father-in-law was driving and whistling the whole time. I was riding shotgun the whole time so heard it the whole time and could never figure out what he was whistling. I am not a whistler, so I just let him do his thing.

Two days later, we decided to go on a hike to a waterfall back in the woods. My father-in-law decides to stay home so I end up driving the van with my brother-in-law and his family. As we are driving, my wife looks at me weird but that isn’t really out of the ordinary so I don’t think much of it. Then she does it again and again. I finally asked her what is wrong. She wants to know when I started whistling.

I have never whistled while driving before or since. Just a weird thing to happen while driving that one day. Must be the van.
