called the plays through game 9. During that time, Denver averaged 14.5 points per game. When Hackett turned over playcalling duties on November 20th, Denver averaged 19.5 points per game from that point until the end of the season. His team was dead last in points per game in the NFL, and that was even with the five-point per game improvement when Hackett stopped calling the plays.

Hackett's 2018 Jacksonville Jaguars were second to worst in the league at 15.3 points per game. He was successful with his 2017 Jaguars at 5th in the league.

When Hackett was the OC in Buffalo, his offenses finished 22nd and 18th in the league.

I am far from convinced that Hackett is even a competent offensive coordinator.
