All the talk was they traded up to get Wilson at 3, then had to scramble.
They assumed the Jets were going to take Fields, which quickly proved not to be the case. Then came that whole debacle where the SF front office wanted to pivot by drafting Mac Jones. This was leaked and so highly unpopular that they ended up taking Lance.
