Utah was given a great opportunity 13 years ago. Some of us even went as far as to wish them well and congratulate them. Then Chris Hill and Utah fans got high and mighty. Their rivalry dislike turned into genuine contempt for BYU and conceived an arrogance that was parented by pride and revenge. Utah became more petty and that has hardened many of us. I was open to them coming to the Big 12 but seeing their fans on Twitter have made take a hard pass.

I just find it rich their fans act like founding members of the PAC 12 and that they are somehow Cal, UCLA, or UW academically. It reminds of the man forgiven of a great debt but then imprisoned his own debtor for a paltry sum. Total lack of perspective, gratitude, and awareness.
