Instead of looking at the actual numbers. Lebron dominated MJ in most statistical categories outside of championships won, PPG and defensive team selections. Rebuttals to those

1) if you go off of championships alone, you believe Bill Russell is your GOAT. That would be stupid

2) MJ was a pure scorer. Lebron is a facilitator and all around offensive player. You would expect MJ’s career scoring average to be higher. Lebron is top 4 in assists all time.

3) MJ likely was the better lockdown defender. Cannot argue with that. However LeBron does have tremendous defensive versatility due to his size/athleticism that does let him guard all 5 positions.

Both players are the clear cut top 2 players ever depending on how you rank them. It is just funny to see many MJ fans on this board use hypothetical, make believe scenarios to say that MJ is better. Instead of looking at the objective facts (the statistics and accomplishments)
