This particular dealership (Ken Garff Ford) had a large concrete slab with a similar curb, and had a line of F-150s and Explorers parked on that elevated slab.
Guess how I drove the vehicle off? Straight off the slab, without regard for a 5-8 inch curb.
At the end of the test drive, guess how the sales rep had me park the truck? Again, by backing straight over the curb. No fuss, no team of engineers on hands and knees monitoring clearances, no ramps...
This video is concerning to any (objective) person that is familiar with trucks because of the ramp and the evident level of concern demonstrated by that entire team.
Even a Honda Ridgeline could be parked there without that sort of production. So yes, it's natural for concerned observers to draw inferences.
