The CT, along with all of the other Tesla models, was put on display for the media Wednesday. Elon Musk held a press conference saying that he's moving Tesla Engineering back to CA (from TX) and into the old HP building in Silicon Valley.
I'm 100% sure they were more worried about not messing up the landscape and grass for the press event than the Cybertruck.

Not sure that’s even off road. Seems like there is a ramp to a display platform that the bushes hide from the road.
