What if it’s your company and you had no idea of default or failure?
The company announced the bonuses and you did everything to earn them. Guessing you’d change your tune.
It’s one thing for culpable top execs to do this for themselves but this is employee compensation for people who didn’t make the risky decisions that led to the situation we are in.
