The PAC is unstable because Or/Wa want BIG10, or at least an unequal share
until they get an invite.
This makes other programs question the conference’s stability. It also affects negotiations as to both the grant of rights and appropriate remuneration.
Programs that aren’t looking at other options are like the “everything is fine” meme.
So the “false narratives” claim (as well a big 12 conspiracy) seems, at best, exaggerated.
Exhibit 1 is the fact that there is still no media deal. That’s the fault of a big12/media conspiracy?
Of course the big 12 would love to pick off a few pac schools - duh. They aren’t in the business of promoting other conferences.
