Every college campus in the US has the same problem. Every one of them need better parking. I wonder if a large construction company could specialize in just that, campus parking. Could potentially minimize the footprint by building up and down. Could go up multiple levels and down several. Could provide lots of student employment for security, etc. Could put a facade on the outside in any motif that the school wants. Could even have other things in it, like a nice restaurant on top, etc. Have a shuttle service that goes all over campus from the parking structure. Students pay extra per semester to park there. I think most would be willing to utilize it if it made access more convenient. I dunno, but there is definitely a need for more parking everywhere, and land is at a premium.
