How about tear down the ASB and put an underground parking garage there, then

build a new admin building above it. It is kind of a central location on campus and a good spot for another parking garage. They need 6 more buildings for Freshman housing and parking and still am not sure where those would fit unless they built them between Heritage halls 6 and 7 and the bell tower.
