If I'm Fox, I would've stayed away from the Pac-12 and try to take the brands that matter. Like they did with USC/UCLA
why pay for the full conference if the 4 corners can peel off and add more content to the Big 12?
However, if the Apple deal is enough to keep the Pac together, I can see Fox coming back in the ring.
Especially if the presidents told GK to add more linear, even if it meant less money.
Wouldn't be surprised if the Presidents said get it to 50/50 stream / linear...and Fox can buy tier 2, tier 3 content for pennies.
