The Pac10 is a fixer-upper in a bad area that has been for sale for 8 months
...and the asking price has dropped five times. It's feasible that a potential buyer who came to an open house back in September might take another look now that the list price is considerably lower than the last time they did a tour.

If I'm Fox, I would've stayed away from the Pac-12 and try to take the brands that matter. Like they did with USC/UCLA
