...which leads to a year where you have a bunch of seniors then they all leave and you're back to being really young and inexperienced again (like we saw after the 2019-20 season) and trying to bring in some grad transfers to up the experience on the floor.

You want to find some equilibrium between the classes so that you reach a point where you only lose 2-3 a year to graduation while you bring in 2-3 new HS guys to replace them and start growing and developing for the coming years.
