I took his class. I know him and have had multiple conversations with him. That doesn't make him a bad writer. He entertains people with his trash prose. He builds worlds and does cool things.

2. That was not a hit piece. Saying someone is boring or kinda lame isn't the worst insult in the world. It's just one guys way of saying, "he's not very exciting."

3. Brandon is an amazing person, a genuine guy, and an utter nerd to the bone. Kudos for him for all that he does, including calling off the dogs on this piece which was not "kind" but not really "mean" either
