The issue there was Todd wanted to give money to a specific purpose and BYU
Wanted money to be dumped into a general fund that would be used at their discretion.
As an example only x amount could go to FB. sone had to be used on Track and Field athletes as an example.
He wasn't playing that game. And I don't blame him.
NIL isn't designed to be fair but those in power want it that way. This is why the collective will help.
