Your story is similar to mine except I was 15 years in not 30. I started networking with every person I knew, especially those I knew who had left private practice. Ultimately, one of those people got me an interview at a trust company. I hadn't done any trust work, but there's a lot of transferable skills in law and the transition has been good. And I didn't even have to take a pay cut.
I know it sounds goofy, but I was extremely determined to leave and felt like I needed help because I didn't know what I wanted to do and I was very out of practice in job searching. I signed up for a program called Leave Law Behind, which is focused on helping lawyers find jobs outside of traditional law practice. It cost a bit but I thought it was quite helpful. You might consider looking at their program.
