Grew up in Anchorage, then went to BYU. Friends and I used to do that drive
At least twice a year… sometimes more.
Your pics brings back a lot of fond memories.
Definitely get to see a lot of beautiful country.
ALCAN Highway can be an adventure. Sometimes smooth sailing. Sometimes huge frost heaves and washboard. Always an adventure though.
