To a formal MRI read? What’s that going to accomplish? How’s he/she supposed to know that.
Her radiologist who likely also had nothing to do with the error?
The hospital? (I’m actually fine with that 😂).. but we all know no one’s filing suit unless they can tag as many MDs as they possibly can
Sure. Find out where the error was. But there’s other ways that are a lot more effective in implementing systemic safety changes
