My dad used to be in charge of snow blower sales for his company. Somewhere in the midwest, there was so much snow, a guy decided to snowplow his roof. He kept slipping off it because it was so steep so he decided to tie a rope around the bumper of the car and around his waist to keep him from falling.

His wife took off without knowing about the rope and the guy fell off the roof. I don't think he died because of how much snow there was, but I am pretty sure he got hurt.

All I could think of was the movie Vacation.
