To boot, Cincy and UCF are both in incredibly fertile recruiting territory. Florida and Ohio plus Texas (which the Big 12 already had), produce far more D1 talent combined than the entire PAC 12 footprint.
UCF is the weakest of the 4 new Big 12 teams, but they still bring more to the table than SDSU and SMU.
