It makes absolutely zero sense to me to pretend that BYU football and Utah football have been equally as good over the last decade - that it's just been a fluke that they've won more or them getting up for that game more than we do.
For me, it comes across as convincing yourself that everything is great instead of realizing there's work to do. Right now, we're in catch-up mode. Which is reasonable, given the advantages Utah has had...and portends well for us in the future
Im not saying we should criticize and castigate...but we also shouldn't bury our heads in the sand. There's been a ton of progress/improvement the last few seasons, but we need to keep it up and build on it.
