I kind of think it would be cool to build with transportation to and from the stadium into the planning...

So ... what about (probably too late since they are already building something there ) the old Food4Less / Shopko lot?

OR could you build it near the freeway in EastBay someplace? It would be cool to have lake and mountain views.

Or down by where the new Provo High School is, again, close to the Freeway.

The Old Provo High site might be slightly better for traffic that the current site, especially if you somehow improved Freedom Bvld connections.
