I thought the idea was to add an option to subscribe to ESPN directly
Still have linear and cable and satellite and YTTV and Sling.... But also give people an option to subscribe to just ESPN directly.
It probably means the cable per subscriber fee goes down...but I think they hope they make up more in the DTC money
