You're not going to be disappointed by Pappas- for DFW I really like Chamberlain
S or Corriente. The latter is an aregentinian steakhouse, so not american traditional.
Used to be in TX all the time for work, Pappas restaurants are so overrated down there. They're consistent and they're good, but there are better Etouffee's in Houston than Pappadeaux for example.
