My son started playing a few years and played though middle and high school
So I started playing a bit with the high school boys at practice and scrimmages.
The hardest thing was to break old football habits. Where in football you want to be in front of the runner and clear a path for them. It was so hard not to do that in Rugby. I’d constantly be out of position because I wanted to be out front blocking every time I didn’t have the ball.
