IMO, The networks only want UW and Oregon for a late time slot game every week.
I also believe the networks are OK with the SEC, big12 and big 10 taking on ACC if it destroys that TV package for that conference. It’s less overall contracts for these conferences. IMO the pac teams have value for an 10pm eastern time slot game and they don’t need all teams to get those slots….and there package is running out so some teams are in trouble.

I don't believe the contract is that simple or that binding; we know nothing about the actual terms & conditions
