It is a "must" so long as it meets the pre-agreed terms...
My point is that it is a fixed item, whatever that may be. It isn't some item where the Big 12 could have Colorado at the door for expansion and then ESPN suddenly turns their noses up at it and doesn't want to play ball by what is written in the contract.
