The PAC 12 deal with Apple can’t be announced until Apple’s WWDC. Live sports is a big part of Apple’s new VR headset…
and the PAC 12 is now caught up in Apple’s secrecy machine with huge penalties for disclosing. But teams are sticking to it with a new way to generate revenues.

Apparently, in addition to AppleTV broadcast, the VR headset will present a different kind of in game experience and will somehow include a live gambling aspect. It will be interesting to see how this gets implemented and how the revenue it generates is shared between Apple and the member schools.

Of course, games will also be syndicated to ESPN and Fox channels at times.

Interesting times for sure.
