I could see UConn in all sports but football and tossing it a 4 game scheduling agreement

Basically a Home and Home with every Big 12 team for 6 years if 12 teams and 8 years if 16 teams. It gets them two quality home games each year. If UConn improves in attendance and record, then full membership later. It is really a win win for everyone.
