True but a potentialclient asking me to take their case for free is not entitled
to confidentiality. Certainly anything they may disclose about the facts of their case would be but the request by itself doesn’t strike me as confidential (unless it was tied up in facts like “we’re broke and can’t afford to pay an attorney “)
