Meet my little imaginary friend. He works for Elon Musk. He said that the Pac12
asked Musk to stream Pac12 games in first class on his super, space rockets. He said no!! He is still upset that Old Spice is using his name for free.

It might depend on the state but a duty of confidentiality might be owed to Potential and former potential clients.

True but a potentialclient asking me to take their case for free is not entitled
