Can you explain why we want investors in real estate? My uneducated thoughts are
That people wanting to make money off real estate are the ones that drive up the prices.
It's impossible to not have investing in real estate, I would assume. At least in a capitalist society and if we want nice housing. But seems like a better balance would be better for society.
Works for a lot of people but seems to work against many.
