Sure. I guess the new housing investing makes more sense to me than existing but
Maybe they are too connected.
Which leads to also me not understanding all of the people that get so pissed about their Utah cities allowing higher density housing. just NIMBYism, I'd guess. Not everyone can afford a 3000 sq ft home.
